Read enough of these and two things keep coming back. Neither one is about equipment, and neither one is about the waiting room.
Nobody sold them anything
The thing patients write about most is the treatment they were not talked into. People notice when they are told a tooth can be watched rather than drilled, because it is not what they arrived expecting to hear. It is the thing this practice would most like to be known for.
Gentler with people who find it hard
A lot of people put off the dentist for years and turn up braced for it. The reviews that matter most here are the ones from patients who say they are sensitive or anxious and were given the time to be. Slower, explained first, stopped when you ask.

Where these came from
Patients wrote them publicly, on the practice's Google listing. We have not linked to it from this page yet: the listing details are still being brought up to date, and sending you somewhere with the wrong details on it would be worse than not linking at all.
If you have been treated here and would like to leave a review, call the office and we will point you to the right place. And if something went wrong, we would far rather hear it from you directly than read it later. Either way the number is the same.
You will not find a star rating or a review count on this page. An average tells you very little about whether a practice will suit you, and it moves. The quotes above are the whole of what we are showing.
